This package is perfect for selling small condos or townhomes. It allows you to show off your quaint space without overdoing it. Properties for this package are not to exceed 1,000 square feet.

This is the most common package ordered and is perfect for the average family home; not to exceed 2,000 square feet.

The Extended Package-$500
This package is perfect for larger homes that have a bit more to show off than usual; maybe you have a pool, large deck, or a beautifully landscaped yard. It is best suited for homes between 2,000-3,500 square feet.

- 48 hour turnaround

The Luxury Package-Varies
This package varies on pricing and time depending on the square footage of your property. It allows you to show off more rooms at a variety of extra angles. In order to receive the best estimate, please provide us with the square footage of your property and any unique details your property may have.

360 Images
SLI is excited to announce that we have the ability to take 360 images of any room or area on your property. These images offer clients the unique ability to view any room as if they were standing in the center of it. They are able to move and manipulate the image in order to see whatever they would like; giving them complete control over their digital tour. All of our 360 images are shared through Google Photos, which allows you to see them on any electric device without having to download special software. Simply provide us with an email that works best for you and we will send you an invitation to view your photos. If, for some reason, you are unable to use Google, please let us know and we will find something that works best for you.

Video Tours
Video tours are another great way to provide your clients with a unique virtual tour of your properties. Not only does it provide them with a better understanding of how the property is layed out, but it is also great for those who are out of town, or to determine whether or not they are truly interested in a property before they go and see it in person. Based on market research, a 3-5 minute video captures the primary focus of most buyers. Any video that runs longer than 5 minutes, I highly recommend dividing into 2 or more videos based on each focus area. For example, one video of the lower level and one video of the upper level, or one video of the interior and one video of the exterior.
